The Redsox and Cardinals have agreed to the following trade.
Redsox send:
Yu Chang,3b,minors .2
Jonathan Arauz,2b, minors .2
Cardinals send:
Asher Wojciechowski,SP. 20/2.25 21/ufa
*Cardinals pay 1.12m of contract.
Redsox are in the playoff race and looking for any big league arms we can get. Hate to see young players in Chang and Arauz leaving, but needs are needs. Thanks to the Cardinals for the deal.
