Illegal claim. Players would need to remain in majors if claimed. 24 hours has expired.

Not illegal. Both are legal. There is nothing in the rules that say a claim must remain in majors

Actually your post was illegal and both. The players should be dropped. As stated in the rules it has to have DFA in the title

You would have to send them through waivers to end up in minors clown.

You can call names all you want but you are trying to skirt the rules and got caught with your pants down. There is 3 options. They can either go to me, you have to keep them in your majors or they have to be dropped from your team because you didn’t put DFA in the title

They dont go to you. You would have had to claim and then either keep on your mlb roster or send through waivers like I was doing. You requested them to stay in minors (they are in majors current, invalid claim) ...and how about I keep my pants up weirdo.

There are numerous waiver requests that have been granted as LEGAL that do not have dfa in title. Same as this one. You had 24 hours to submit a legal claim and you didnt. And please dont solicit me again.

I put a valid claim in on them and they can stay in my majors. If saying DFA doesn’t matter to you then saying minors instead of majors doesn’t matter to me. Point is I put in the claim and I should be awarded the 2 players

I don’t think White Sox should be able to claim and immediately send to minors to do exactly what Red Sox is trying to do - but skip the 24 hour rule so others could claim.
That being said it is fun to watch the two teams who have been building their minors with mlb players complain about the loophole they’re exposing. That’s funny to me.

Claims are won by White Sox but they must remain in MLB roster on White Sox. Because the players were won in FA, they do not have any options and need to go through waivers, successfully, to be placed on MiLB roster.
Red Sox cannot rescind as they did not post until the 24 hour window of original posting had passed.
While waiving an player and DFAing a player are different things, if the posting is clear of what the intentions are we go by the posting rather than the title. Regardless of the intent of the initial post, any MLB player that does not have options MUST clear waivers to be placed in minors.
