Brewers accept.

Some might consider it a bit of an overpay, but Wentz is a guy we've like for a while and he's been throwing the ball really well lately.  He's holding his own in AA and is working toward a MLB debut next year.  The only thing working against him is that he's part of a very deep Atlanta system so it could be hard to break through. 

We've never been big players in the IFA market as the payoff generally takes longer than we have the patience for.  As evidenced by this trade, we'd rather trade the money to secure assets that are a little more of a known commodity and also closer to the bigs.
