COL sends Carlos De La Cruz to CWS

CWS send Yasmani Grandal to COL

CWS are out of the playoff run and trying to build for the future. Grandal wouldn't have been resigned in the offseason so pick up a prospect with potential now. Thanks for the deal Danny and good luck
