[Pittsburgh Pirates]

The Pittsburgh Pirates have traded the remainder of their IFA money to Kansas City ($9.1M) in exchange for $6M of MLB Payroll.  The Pirates also sent their 8th round pick(#9) for the Royals 9th Round pick (#5). 


The Pirates need to meet their MLB budget and this gets them much closer to realizing that goal.
