Mitch Haniger, RF, SFG - $3.45/23 $3.45/24 UFA/25

Angels get:
Spencer Jones 1b, NYY - $0.3 prospect
Kameron Misner, CF, TBR - $0.3 prospect
Alexander Canario, CF, CHC - $0.2 prospect

Angels hate to give up a bargain in Haniger but the emergence of other OF and his inability to stay healthy meant he was somewhat expendable. In return, we get Jones who we covered in the draft and could conceivably be our 1b of the but so distant future. Misner looks like he could help fill our persistent CF hole relatively soon and Canario has the tools and improving plate discipline to also be a CF or RF option.
