After quite a bit of back and forth the Phillies and D-Backs have agreed to the following trade...
Philles get: DJ LeMahieu, 1B/2B/3B, Yankees 2022/10.8M 2023/27M 2024/27M 2025/32.4M 2026/40.5M TO D-Backs are retaining 50/25/25% of DJ's contract 2022-5.4M 2023 & 24/6.750M per year.
Mike Yastrzemski, CF/RF, Giants 2022/1.5M 2023/1.5M 2024/1.5M 2025/1.5M
D-Backs sending 6M in cap space to Phillies
D-Backs get: Sam Hentges, RP, Guardians 2022/0.75M 2023/1M 2024/ARB1 2025/ARB2 2026/ARB3 2027/UFA Evan Carter, LF/CF/RF, Rangers 2022/0.2M Prospect Alberto Rodriguez, RF, Mariners 2022/0.2M Prospect Alex De Jesus, 3B/SS, Dodgers 2022/0.2M Prospect
For the D-Backs we hate to lose DJ & Yaz, but as our season keeps looking worse we realize it's time for a bit of a retool. DJ's multi position availability will hurt but the extra dollars in the off-season will help and Yaz, although still solid, was a bit of a disappointment to us so far this season.
We are gaining Hentges, who at 25 should still improve. The 3 prospects are ones that we like and feel strongly will help us in a couple years.
Thanks to Sean for his patience, my ability to be on has been severely hampered lately with some medical/physical problems, so the patience is appreciated. Good luck the rest of the season!

Phillies accept. Definitely selling some good prospects to try to win now and Yaz helps my outfield depth issue while LeMahieu gives me a stud on a terrible contract to fill out my infield. Thanks to the DBacks for the deal.
