Will cover 50% (7M) of salary
With Wander Franco out for 2 months, we need a fill in at SS this year. Andrus fits that hole. Cain and Whitley are cash dumps to make the salaries work. Don't like losing Deson's high ceiling, but trying to hold off Mets for division.
