The Reds and Guardians completed a 2 player trade.

Reds trade away one of our more well known prospects CF Hudson Haskin $.25 to the Guardians for SP Spencer Watkins $2.5/22, 23 UFA/24

Reds are trying to tread water in close NL Central and are needing SP help after so many injuries. Need recent success from Watkins to continue for Reds.

Guardians agree to the trade. Watkins has pitched well over his past 3 starts. If he continues this trend the Reds have themselves a good/cheap pitcher for this year and next.
The Guardians are excited to receive Haskin in the deal. Hudson welcome to the corner of Carnegie and Ontario!
