Cards receive impending free agent SP Wade Miley.

Red Sox receive SP Kohei Arihara, signed to a team-friendly long-term deal.

Will most likely use EOS extension on Miley. Give up injured Arihara for him. Thanks, Boston! Very happy to be the last trade of the season!

Almost literally a last minute deal.
