so it looks like the Cleveland bid won as the St Louis bid is not valid, the rules state "Teams must increase the current winning bid by 0.5m" St Louis only increased it by 0.1m

He has less than 3 years service time and this thread was started in the wrong spot. According to the rules for players with under 3 yrs service time this was a legal bid.

I went off his fantrax profile which states: MLB Seasons: 4
so if that is correct then this was the correct thread and the St Louis bid isn't valid
