This trade had been talked about for weeks and we were finally able to get it done. Yadi gives me a veteran presence to rotate in with the rookie Sean Murphy and Knebel solidifies our bullpen. Both players should help us in our quest for a division title.
Torres was probably the hardest piece to part with as we're really high on his potential.

- Adonis Medina, SP, PHI - $0.2 prospect
- Lenny Torres, SP, CLE - $0.25 prospect
- Christian Santana, LAD, 3B - $0.2 prospect
- Tyler Zuber, RP, KC - $0.5 TC1
The Tigers trade to the Brewers:
- Yadi Molina, C, STL - $5.5/20 $11/21 UFA/22
- Corey Knebel, RP, MIL - $2.295/20 $4.59/21 $4.59/22 $6.89(TO)/23 UFA/24
- The Tigers retain 50% salary of each contract in 2020 and 25% in each future year
