After a few days of back and forth the Angels & D-Backs have agree to the following trade...
D-Backs get: Jake Fraley, CF/LF, Mariners. 2019/0.2M prospect Osleivis Basabe, SS, Rangers. 2019/0.2M prospect Dominic Pipkin, SP, Phillies. 2019/0.2M prospect
Angels get: Ryan Braun, 1B/LF, Brewers. 2019/15M 2020/16M 2021/TO 15M D-Backs are paying 50% of salary (7.5M) for 2019 and 25% of salary (3.75M) for 2020.
With our Ace going down early for half the season and us still being a decent SS & 3B away from being able to contend we decided to take this opportunity to strengthen our minors system a little, as well as lose a steep contract on an aging veteran. Braun is still producing decently, but he is not someone to build around for the future.
In Fraley we get a solid hitting OF with some speed who is hitting well at AA and we expect him to see AAA later this year and be ready to help the big club sometime next season. In Basabe we get a very young SS who had a ridiculous stat line in the DSL last season and has the tools to keep it going. Pipkin is only 19 and in A ball, but shows some promise and will take time to develop, but could profile as a solid SP.
Thanks to the Angels for working to help get this deal done!

I accept. Sorry for delay, been a few busy days for me.
Needed a full time LF, had to give up a few under the radar prospects that I had high hopes for but hope this puts me in a better position to contend.
