B Bichette TOR Prospect J Luzardo OAK Prospect S Dominguez PHI Prospect
This is a tough one considering I believed I had a good shot to win my division and more, and this basically takes me out of contention or at least drastically hurts my chances in a tough division and National League.
Richards is a guy i strongly believe in and has top 10-15 ability. I was 100% planning on extending him closer to the season. Around 19 mil is a bargain for him as I think he’s due to stay healthy and be very good this year compared to the going rate of FA SP. Anderson is a guy with 25/25 and maybe More potential although he needs to cut back on his K’s. He is a player I am high on.
As for my side of it, I believe in these prospects, and when thinking about the deal, I saw lots of potential down the road and decided to pull the trigger. Good luck SF. I will still be rooting for those players even in a different uniform as they are both players I genuinely like and want to see do well.

I accept for the fourth time in 24 hours. The movement to compete in 2018 and beyond is almost complete with this deal. I’m not huge on prospects so giving some away to get a couple guys that have performed at the major league level is good with me. Both of the players I acquired come with some risk, but nowadays what pitcher isn’t a risk?
As for the Braves, he has the possibility of getting great Major League players in a couple years. As he said, this may take him out of contention for 2018, but he should be very competitive in the years to come. I like the deal for both sides and hope both sets of players perform like we think they will.
