After some back and forth, a few additions, a few subtractions the Tigers and D-Backs have agreed to the following trade...
Tigers get: AJ Pollock, LF/CF, Dodgers 2021/10.13M 2022/15.19M TO 2023/UFA Tyler Gentry, LF/CF/RF, Royals 2021/0.2M Prospect Levi Kelly, SP, D-Backs 2021/0.2M Prospect
D-Backs get: Starlin Castro, 2B/3B, Nats 2021/12M 2022/12M 2023/12M 2024/12M 2025/UFA Lewin Diaz, 1B, Marlins 2021/0.5M 2022/0.75M 2023/1M 2024/ARB1 2025/ARB2 2026/ARB3 2027/UFA Sammy Siani, CF, Pirates 2021/0.25M Prospect Trent Deveaux, CF, Angels 2021/0.2M Prospect
For the D-Backs this was about shaking things up a bit to add a piece to our offense in an area we felt a need. With our pitching in a bit of disarray, but getting back to normal, we felt the need for an additional solid bat and Castro does that for us. Giving up Pollock was an easy decision for us as we are deep in the OF, especially with this allowing us to plug Castro in at 2B and move Merrifield to CF. We hated to give up 2 quality prospects in Gentry and Kelly, but feel we did alright with the additions of Diaz, Siani, and Deveaux. Hopefully this gets us where we need to be in the 2nd half.
Thanks to Roger for the fun negotiations and the deal! Good luck to the Tigers!!

Very well put Donnie and hope it helps you out during playoff run.
For me getting pollock will help my depth as Castro would have to but feel the OF need little more. Pollock does have TO for 2022 and it's not a bad figure in comparison to some FA bids.
Gave up nice prospects but got 2 I like. One being a nice potential arm for rotation before to long as I am.looking to revamp my pitching as stated previously
Tigers accept and again best always Donnie
